Mindfulness in the workplace

Mindfulness, also known as full-consciousness or full-awareness, is the attitude of paying attention to life events in a special way. In this MOOC for companies, directed by Andrés Martín, co-founder of the Esmindfulness Institute, we are going to develop 3 skills that will bring your attention to the present moment in a stance of acceptance and interest: intention, experience and kindness.
