Improving our food choices does not only have repercussions in our health. It also affects our well-being and our work performance. According to the International Labour Organisation (ILO), a poor diet can reduce our productivity by up to 20%.

Despite the willingness to improve our diet, the fast pace of life accelerated by contemporary society makes this task difficult. The consequences include more fatigue, loss of physical and mental agility and, in many cases, health problems and a higher rate of absenteeism.
