(from now on HOMUORK), with Tax ID number B66017203 and headquarters at Calle Provença, 102, 3ero, 08029, de Barcelona (BARCELONA)​, registered in the Commercial Registry of Barcelona, Tome nº 43792, Sheet 104, Page B-438492, and 1st Inscription.

This website is ruled by regulations exclusively applicable in Spain, being all users (national and foreign) subdue and bound to them.

The access to our website by the USER is free of any charge and it is conditioned to the reading and the integral acceptance, expressly and without reserve, of the TERMS OF USE, valid in the moment of access. We encourage you to read them thoroughly.

From the moment the USER starts using our site, its contents or services, he/she accepts and is expressly subject to its TERMS OF USE. If the user were to disagree with the above mentioned conditions, he/she shall restrain him or herself from using the portal and from operating through it.

For the provision of personal data and the purchase of products in our website, a minimum age of 14 years old is required, or when applicable, the sufficient legal capacity to hire.

We are entitled to modify both the outlook and the configuration of our website, to widen or to narrow down the range of its services, and even to erase it from the Web, including its services and contents, all of it unilaterally and without notice.

All contents, texts, images and source code are owned by HOMUORK or by third parties of which the exploitation rights have been purchased, and are legally protected by right of the Intellectual and Industrial Property Law.

The USER is only entitled to a private and non-lucrative use of such contents, and needs an express authorization to carry out any modification, reproduction, exploitation, distribution or to exert any of the rights of the owner.

HOMUORK is a registered trademark, and its reproduction, imitation, utilisation or insertion is strictly forbidden without our express and previous authorisation.

The establishment of links to our website does not confer any rights on it. Likewise, establishing links to our website does not confer the right to grant oneself the category of collaborator or partner.

HOMUORK is exonerated of any responsibility on any claim regarding intellectual property rights of the articles and images published by third parties in its website.

Any attempt to partially or totally imitate or replicate our website and its designs is strictly forbidden and will be prosecuted.

B. Access Conditions

The access to our website is free of charge and does not require any subscription or any previous registration. However, in order to hire our services, a registration process and an identification through passwords are required. Such services shall be properly indicated on the website.

By sending personal data, the USER signalises the express acceptance of our privacy policy.

The USER must access our website in good faith and in accordance to public order rules, as well as to the TERMS OF USE. The access to our website is undertaken under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the USER, which will be liable in all cases for any damages and prejudices that he or she may have caused to third parties or to HOMUORK itself.

The utilisation or the extraction of any of the services and contents offered in this website by means that have not been stipulated by the present TERMS OF USE, or by the particular conditions regulating the acquisition of products, are strictly forbidden to the USER.

Given the impossibility of controlling any of the information, contents or services contained in websites to which the links put at your disposal in our own website may redirect, we inform you that HOMUORK is exonerated of any responsibility for damages and prejudices of any kind, that could derive from the utilisation by the USER of any of these external websites, which are alien to our company.

HOMUORK reserves the right to take down any user, unilaterally and without notice, whenever the company identifies any infringement of the conditions of use of its website. In such cases, the USER will have no right of claim of any kind. Likewise, HOMUORK reserves the right of undertaking legal actions against all those who infringe the TERMS OF USE, and in no case the USER should interpret a passive stance by the company as a formal renounce to its claiming right, which shall remain valid in the legal terms of prescription of infringements.

C. Privacy Policy

​Confidentiality and security are core values at HOMUORK. We make a commitment to protect all users’ privacy at all times, and we shall not collect any unnecessary data.

Providing personal data through our website requires a minimum age of 14 and expressly  agreeing on our Privacy Policy.

Which data do we ask for and for what purposes?

All required data is adequate, pertinent and strictly necessary for the purpose it is collected for, and you are not compelled to provide them. However, slots in the forms marked by an asterisk (*) are of mandatory fulfilment for the purpose of your application.

Our website collects data by means of the registration forms and e-mail messages:

  • In the CONTACT section we require your personal data in order to answer your questions and/or to provide the requested information or any other information that we deem of interest.

  • In the REGISTER section we require your data in order to sign you up as a user, to enable the purchase of our services, to manage the purchased courses and to inform you of our activities, products and services.

  • Likewise, in the event of receiving an email from you requesting any kind of information, enquiry or doubt, if you included personal data, or the email address contains any personal data, we are authorised to add it into our files.

  • We inform you as well that, in the event of receiving your Curriculum Vitae through our website’s inbox, your data will be added into our Human Resources files for the purpose of considering you as a candidate should a selection process take place.

In all cases mentioned above, your data will be incorporated into a “MANAGEMENT” file. The acceptance of the current privacy policies implies the specific consent by the user to receive all commercial information related to our activity, also by electronic means, unless you do not request the contrary by sending a message to our email: info@homuork.com.

HOMUORK reserves the right to decide whether to incorporate personal data to its files.

Right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data

As long as you do not cancel your personal data in our files, we will interpret that you are still interested in being included in them, and we will keep them for the time we deem appropriate and for the purpose they were collected for.

Data communication

We inform you that your data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and that they are exclusively used internally and for the indicated purposes. Consequently, we do not alienate or communicate them to any third party unless we are expressly authorised by the user in the stipulated legal conditions.

Personal Data Security

With the objective of securing your personal data, we inform you that we have taken all technical and organisational measures to grant the integrity of the submitted information, aiming to prevent any alteration, loss, illicit treatment or access to it, as demanded by the Royal Decree 1720/2007, which regulates the security of all files containing personal data.

Given that the submitted email address is the main communication channel between HOMUORK and its USERS, we inform you that we intend to use this channel for all communications with you, including commercial information or any informative notes related to the ultimate aim of our website. Also, in order to comply with Article 21 of the Law of Services of the Society of the Information and Electronic Commerce - that forbids any commercial communications by email that have not been previously authorized by the recipient, we inform you that the acceptance of the present TERMS OF USE implies your express authorization to receive our commercial, advertising and promotional communications. However, if you do not wish to receive our commercial communications via email you can object to the above mentioned email address, or in a response to one of our messages.

We are not responsible for the privacy policy involving the data you may have provided to third parties by means of any of the external links displayed in our website.

HOMUORK is entitled to modify its current privacy policies in order to adapt them to any changes in its website, or to any arising legal precedent affecting personal data protection. Therefore, we demand that you read them thoroughly whenever you are providing new data through this website.

D. Responsability

We aim to provide the best quality service through this website, so we diligently ensure its best implementation by the best technological means. However, we are not liable for the presence of viruses or any other form of damaging elements that may affect the USER’s hardware or software.

HOMUORK does not guarantee an uninterrupted and continuous availability of its services when affected by Internet connection issues, breakdown of computer systems or any other unforeseen circumstances. Thus, the USER accepts to bear these temporary circumstances within reasonable limits, and expressly renounces to claim any responsibility to HOMUORK for possible failures or breakdowns in its services.

It is strictly forbidden for the USER to carry out any action on our website that may cause a functional override of our systems, as well as introducing viruses, robots or any software that may alter the normal functioning of the site or even damage our computer systems.

The USER is fully responsible of the use of our website and of any direct or indirect effect derived from it, including, but without limitation: any adverse economic, technical or legal result, as well as the failure to meet any expectations that our website may have rised. Therefore, HOMUORK will not be held responsible for any claims regarding such matters.

HOMUORK does not guarantee the exactitude, the veracity or the validity of the contents of this website, whether they are owned by us or by third parties, or even whether they are linkable to other sites, and is therefore exonerated of any responsibility derived from their use.

HOMUORK shall not be held responsible for any claim, including lawyer’s fees, coming from lawsuits undertaken by third parties for the failure by the USER to comply with our conditions of use, of access, our privacy policy, or any failure to comply with the current legislation.

Purpose : to provide the free training or the information you required, and to carry out anonymised statistics for all applicants.

Legitimation : through the user’s consent when requesting free training or information, given in the request form.

Conservation : after the anonymised statistics have been carried out on the free training or information applicants (6 months).​


Goal: Sending our commercial reports and informative communications, as well as advertising our products and services that may be of your interest, also by electronic means.

Contact terms and conditions

This agreement governs the general terms and conditions of the contracting of the various services offered on this website by HOMUORK, S.L. (from now on HOMUORK) with tax ID number B66017203 and headquarters at Calle Provença, 102, 3ero, 08029, de Barcelona (BARCELONA)​.

The CLIENT, at the time of completing the registration process and purchasing one of our courses, accepts and is expressly subject to the following specific clauses, in addition to our website’s conditions of access, terms of use and privacy policy, which can be accessed via the “Legal Notice” link.

THE CLIENT acknowledges that he/she has the sufficient legal capacity to be contractually bound.

This contract is permanently accessible on our website’s legal notice and can be downloaded in PDF format upon acceptance of the contract.

IMPORTANT: If the date of the start of the course is within the legal cancellation period (14 days), by pressing the button "Pay" you give your express consent that the object service of this contract will start being delivered within the stated period, and consequently, in accordance with Articles 103.d and 108.3 of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, on the General Consumers and Users Protection Act, when the service has been provided in its entirety, you will lose any right to cancellation and in the event of cancellation, if the service has been partially delivered you must pay a partial amount.

1. Prices and taxes

As payment for the purchased product, the CLIENT expressly agrees to pay HOMUORK the specified quantity for the selected course at the time of purchase on the website homuork.lab.

The courses offered on this website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) which IS INCLUDED in the stated prices for each product.

Prior to the order confirmation and before proceeding with payment, the final price including VAT (Value Added Tax) will appear on the screen, which will also be stated in the purchase order at the time of purchase and on the receipt.

This price does not include anything that is not specifically indicated in the description as being included.

2. Purchase procedure

Orders can only be made through our website by individual persons over the age of 14 or companies.

All our courses are individually itemised on our website. Each item includes the price and the start and end dates of the course.

The procedure to make or manage the purchase is indicated on the website and the following steps must be followed.

  1. Select the course that you want to purchase.

  2. If it is the first time you are buying a course, you must complete the registration form with your personal information and create a personal user account for your order to be processed. After completing this step, you will receive confirmation to your specified e-mail address that the registration process has been successful. If you have already registered as a user, in order to continue with the purchase process, simply introduce your username and password. The username and password are unique and correspond to the person who completed the registration process. This person is exclusively responsible for its safekeeping. You can manage, modify or update your details on your account.

  3. Following this, if you require a receipt, you must register the completed purchase details for billing purposes.

  4. Once the process has been completed, mark the check box to verify that you have read and accept the terms and conditions of purchase.

  5. Procedures will be in place on the website so that you can process the payment using your preferred system each time you purchase a product.

  6. Once your payment details have been entered, confirm the order by pressing “Pay”.

  7. Once you have pressed the “Pay” button, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details.

We inform THE CLIENT that the descriptions and images of the courses offered on the website are merely for informational purposes.


3. Availability and Delivery

The courses offered by HOMUORK can be hired from anywhere in the world.

Orders will be processed once the payment has been correctly received.

Prior to the beginning of the course, you will receive an e-mail with course access instructions.

The CLIENT can also consult the status of his/her order by sending an email to: info@homuork.com.


4. Payment and periods of payment

The following forms of payment are accepted:

  • Credit Card: The transaction is performed by connecting directly to the bank through their payment gateway.

  • Paypal: Connecting directly to Paypal.

Once the payment has been made, you will receive an e-mail confirming the payment.

HOMUORK does not receive any of your credit card details. All of our payment systems are completely secure.

Payments are made prior to service provision, therefore HOMUORK will not provide the requested course until they have received due payment for it. HOMUORK reserves the right to temporarily or permanently cancel the services provided in light of any incident regarding payment collection.

5. Receipts

Upon making the corresponding payment, you will receive the Receipt of purchase in electronic format to the e-mail address provided at the time the order was processed. Paper receipts can be provided upon request.

The CLIENT is responsible for confirming that he/she has received any notifications and of making us aware of any modification to his/her details, exonerating HOMUORK of any responsibility which may arise from these circumstances.

6. Warranty

At HOMUORK, we strive to provide services of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of such services, we cannot offer a satisfaction guarantee. In the event that you do not receive the service correctly for any reason, you must notify us of the incidence at your earliest convenience. Provided that the error is verified, we will attempt to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

7. Refunds

Given the nature of the service which is the subject of this contract, it is not possible to offer refunds.

8. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel the present contract within a period of 14 calendar days without justification.

The period of cancellation expires 14 calendar days after the contract is signed.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us at HOMUORK, S.L. 140 Carretera de Cornellá, 8º 1ª, Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain, Post Code 08950, email address: info@homuork.com, of you decision to cancel the contract by way of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax, or e-mail). You may use the model cancellation form which appears below, although this is not necessary.

In order to comply with the period of cancellation, it is sufficient for the notification concerning the exercising of this right to be sent prior to the end of the corresponding period.

Consequences of cancellation:

In the event of cancellation on your part, we will refund any payments received from you without undue delay and, in all cases, at the latest 14 calendar days from the date on which you notified us of your decision to cancel this contract.

We will proceed with the stated refund using the same method of payment used in the initial transaction, unless you clearly express otherwise; you will under no circumstance incur any charges as a consequence of the refund.

If the service which is the subject of this contract has commenced during the period of cancellation, in accordance with article 108.3 of Law 1/2007, we are able to retain the proportional share which corresponds to the provided services and, in the event that the service has been provided in its entirety, in accordance with Article 103.a of the cited Law, the right to cancellation will not be applicable.


9. Contract finalisation and service modification

This contract will be finalised with the payment of the course and the delivery of a confirmation e-mail to the CLIENT.

HOMUORK reserves the right to modify the characteristics and conditions of their services in any way, always for the purposes of improving them for the benefit of the CLIENT.


10. Obligations of the parties

HOMUORK agrees to provide the CLIENT with the contracted services, exercising their utmost diligence in their provision, in addition to taking care of the maintenance of the facilities required for the operation of the network, which means having an adequate technical and IT team for this purpose.

The CLIENT agrees to use the services made available to him/her in good faith, without either violating the applicable laws in any way or infringing rights of third parties, in addition to the payment of the selected product in the time and form stated in these sales terms.

HOMUORK does not guarantee that the availability of the service which is the subject of this contract will be continuous or uninterrupted, due to circumstances which originate in Internet problems, computer equipment faults or any other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, the CLIENT agrees to tolerate these circumstances to a reasonable degree, which means he/she expressly renounces any rights to claim that HOMUORK has any contractual or extra-contractual responsibility for possible faults, errors or use of the contracted service.


11. Communications

All communication between the parties will be preferably conducted via e-mail. The CLIENT is responsible for confirming that they have received notifications and of making us aware of any modification to their details, exonerating HOMUORK of any responsibility which may arise from these circumstances. In the event of modification, the CLIENT should make HOMUORK aware of this by writing to the e-mail address indicated on our website or by modifying their registration form.

In compliance with Article 21 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that our commercial communications and information related to our website and our products offered on it are performed via e-mail to the e-mail address you provided us with, which you may revoke at any time. You are able to reject our commercial communication at any time by sending an e-mail to the address: info@homuork.com indicating in the subject field the word: UNSUBSCRIBE.


12. Agreement, acceptance and validity of the contract

The CLIENT acknowledges that he/she has read and accepted the website’s legal terms of use and privacy policy.

The CLIENT acknowledges that he/she has understood all information concerning the products and services offered on our website, including, where appropriate, the information concerning its delivery, in addition to all the conditions and stipulations included in this electronic contract. He/she consequently declares that all such information is sufficiently clear so as to make any error in the consent of this contract exempt, and he/she therefore wholly and expressly accept the conditions and stipulations.

The CLIENT is fully aware that the acceptance and execution of this contract will occur by supplying their details and pressing the button "Pay" indicated on our website and that it will be finalised with the payment for the service.


13. Applicable Regulations

This contract is of a commercial nature and will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish Law.

In the event of any kind of discrepancy or difference between the parties concerning the interpretation, content or execution of the Contract, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the parties will be subject to the courts and tribunals applicable in each case.


14. Personal data​
